Adding a new event

Events entered here, subject to acceptance, are displayed on over 53 websites across Huntingdonshire,
including all five towns and all the larger villages and parishes.

 

Instructions for the use of the application system:

  2. Complete all sections of the form. If your event is FREE entry, please say so. If not give ticket details.
  3. Event applications made here will not be displayed immediately, we check all submissions before they are displayed however registered site members can make event diary entries from their Manager Control Panel which will be displayed immediately.
  4. Use only basic characters like A to Z, a to z, 0 to 9 and basic punctuation. You cannot use odd characters like $%^* etc.
  5. Do not write the whole application in Upper Case (CAPITALS).
  6. If you have not used this before click on the icons for specific help and advice on filling in some of the boxes.

If your event is for LONGER THAN 7 DAYS then enter as individual weekly events otherwise they will not be displayed past the first 7 days. To do that enter and submit the first week and then at the confirmation screen press your BACK button twice, amend the dates on the application form and press SUBMIT again and repeat as required.
